The Big-Bag tipper is an unit to tip the Big-Bags to supply the soil to a soilworkingmachine.

Operation:

The Big-Bag tipper is built from a mainframe with inside an universal tippingunit. The pallet inclusive the Big-Bag with soil will be set into the tipping-unit with the help of a hand-forklift or a forklifttruck. Then the straps of the Big-Bag will be attached to special adjustable clamps on the frame. By means of an electro-motor with hydraulic pump and cylinder the unit with Big-Bag can be tipped with the help of a switch. With this switch the Big-Bag can be tipped on each tippoint. This tippingunit is supplied of adjustable funnelplates for an optimal dosage in a soilworkingmachine for instance a pottingmachine. When the Big-Bag is empty this one can be tipped back with the switch to the starting position, to set a new Big-Bag into the tippingunit.
