The  electronic drumseeder is an universal automatic drumseeder. This seeder is able to seed nearly each seed of flowers, plants and vegetables into each kind  of tray.  The machine is usable as a stand-alone machine but it can also be integrated in a fully automatic seederline, which is delivered in many variations with tailored options. The  seeder is able to sow the smallest cactus seeds till the biggest sunflower seeds. The machine is useable very flexible.

Operation

The electronic drumseeder sucks through a (interchangeable) drum with nozzles the seeds from a vibrating reservoir on the drum. The effect of a vacuum in the hollow drum will keep the seeds tighten. The drum runs constantly with a variable adjustable speed, when the nozzles with the seeds are at the bottom side of the drum, the vacuum will be cancelled and the seeds will land in the cell of the tray. After this drum position there will be a moment of overpressure to keep the nozzles clean and the nozzles are suitable  to start the next cycle. On this way the positioning of the seeds is very exactly. It is also possible to change the speed of the drum in relation to the speed of the tray to make another seed pattern.
