Machine to apply labels quickly and precisely on the same place for example on barcode-labels or plant- and flowersleeves.

Operation:

The roll of labels is placed on the rollholder, the labelling-track goes via a tension pulley and a forksensor to the dispensertongue, this dispensertongue applies the labels at the setposition on the sleeve. The label is pressed on more securely by a spring-mounted brush.

Every time a new sleeve package will be placed and clamped on the machine. The sleeves are lifted up one by one by means of a vacuum and brought underneath the labeler and turned over. The machine will stop automatically when the package of sleeves is finished. The labels can be sticked on the sleeves on every chosen position.
