The labelstickmachine is developed to stick out labels into flowerpots. In a market where quick delivery is very important, the labelstickmachine of  HETO should not be missed.

A quick order processing is guaranteed while you keep a flexible delivery possible for the customer. Everything revolves around labour savings in the use of this efficient label machine.

The labels are placed in the labelcartridge, the labels are held in position by a set of fixed lower guide rails and two universally adjustable side guides. The labels are positioned against a set of frontplates by a weight. The foremost positioned label is suctioned at the frontplate by a suctioncup, the suctioncup and suction cupholder are placed on a discharge cylinder.

The suctioned label is now placed at the setheight in the pot and the vacuum of the suction cup is released, the suction cup comes back to the home position for the next cycle. The cycle is started by a sensor that recognizes a pot, which sends a signal to the label stick machine while a pot is recognized. By adjusting the height of the frame you can change the labelposition.

It is possible to use the labelstickmachine in line with the brush-unit. Or you might be interested in the labeldispencer as well.
