The pottingmachine is an universal machine for automatically filling pots with a diameter of 5,5 to 24 cm. By an adjustment it is possible to use the diameter of the flower pots to expand to 48 cm. In other words: the pottingmachine is suitable to fill sizes from mini pots to buckets ! To drill a plant hole is also one of the standard functions of the HETO pottingmachine H15. Several drill holes in one pot is also one of the extra options. All machines are developed in our company. It is possible to adjust each machine to your own wishes. Robust quality and expertise are the basis for your machine with a long life. The machine is mobile and therefore to deploy at different locations in your company.

Operation:

The empty pots can be placed manually into the potholders or by means of the potdispenser. These potholders are assembled on a chain-transporter and this transporter will be placed underneath the soilfill-opening. 

The pots will be filled with soil in an uniform way.

The excess soil will be removed by a brush and will be returned to the soilsupply. After this the pots arrive underneath a drillunit to drill a hole. When the machine is equipped with an automatic take-off, the pots will be placed automatically on a conveyorbelt

It is possible to use the pottingmachine type H15 with among others like bufferline and conveyorbeltsystems.
