The trayfillingmachine is an universal machine for automatically filling trays and boxes. This machine is also suitable for filling pots in the trays.

Operation

Empty trays are placed manual on a conveyorbelt. These are transported underneath the soil dosage-unit where they are filled with soil. The soil is dosed via a horizontal moving buffer which moves over the tray with the pattern plate. The mixture falls into the cells or pots of the trays by means of a pressure plate. It is possible to make an extra movement of the buffer and pressure plate for an extra wasted soil. When the cycle is rounded off  there is no wasted soil anymore on the tray. By means of adjustments it is possible  to fill every tray.
