The film with tape around the tray can replace the individual sleeves per pot.

Operation:

The tray will be placed on the trayposition-plateau, this plateau is provided with special trayposition cams which will be placed on the plateau per traysize in advance. When the tray has been placed on the plateau, the film with tape will be placed on the tray and the wrapping will start by means of a foot-pedal-control. During the wrapping of the film, the tape will be fixed on the film. At the same time during the wrapping, the film will be fixed to the tray with tape. The tray is electrical driven by the trayposition-plateau. The start- and stoppositions of the tray are adjustable. After wrapping, the film will be cut on the right size with a foot-pedal-control. After the total cycle, the film will be automatically transited to a new starting point.

Please note: extremely suitable for fracture sensitive crops like begonia and kalanchoe etc.
