The machine is developed to sprinkle trays/boxes with water.

Operation:

The machine consists of a conveyorbelt for the trays/boxes and a waterdosage-unit to wet the trays/boxes. The trays/boxes will arrive on the conveyorbelt and pass a sensor, the sprinkler-installation now will start automatically. The sprinkler-installation will stop if the conveyorbelts have covered a certain distance and there are no new trays/boxes noticed. The watersupply will be connected at the magnet-valve.

The watersupply will be controlled by this magnet-valve. The sprinklers can also be turned off (manual) separately. The redundant sprinkle-water will be collected in the reservoir beneath the sprinkler-installation.

The machine has following distinguishing features:
